Role Description: The Adobe Campaign Architect needs to have at least 7+ years of experience.
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:
- Drives the systems and application architecture for the Adobe Campaign solution for each customized instance.
- Define all requirements related to the project planning, architecture, implementation, sizing, tuning, and scalability.
- Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues.
- Interfaces with business, technical, and process owner communities to define user requirements, answer questions, report on process completion, etc.
- Works with developers to understand business and system requirements
- Interfaces with vendor contacts
- Installation, configuration, customization, and support of campaign management and business intelligence tools for client use
- Subject Matter Expert for marketing process.
- Subject Matter Expert for back end process produces and helps users interpret decision reports
- Proficient in Unica Campaign development, SAS Marketing Automation suite and or Alterian Marketing Suite
- Monitors production activity and job scheduling program
