Job Profile CSE Customer Service Executive
To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Qualification: 12th and Above
Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) - MI
Basic Computer Knowledge
Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours Night, Noon, Day Business req.
6 days Working
Relocate - WFO
