Title:::Sr. Maximo Developer Duration::::6+ Months Location:::Remote As a Sr. MAXIMO Developer, the candidate will be responsible for Solution design, development, data migration, integration, configuration, & deployment and support of Maximo. This position has primary responsibility of developing & supporting Maximo Application and its user community including hardware configuration and requirements; software configuration; system troubleshooting; report development; system interfaces; and hands-on, day-to-day support for Maximo applications. The candidate will be responsible for following: Develop Maximo Automation scripts using Jython and Automation Scripts module of Maximo application to customize Maximo application to match user requirements. Develop automated report using BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tools) report designer per requirements from functional users. Review the Global (offshore) team developed code / deliverables and work on deploying, migrating, configuring, and maintaining Maximo applications for all instances deployed in operational environments using Maximo Migration manager tool. Develop and perform Maximo system configurations using Platform configuration module of Maximo application to conform it to user requirements. Be a part of a large team implementing solutions in Maximo & need to coordinate with SMEs, users, stake holders and troubleshoot Maximo issues and come up with solutions. Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and provide best practice solutions for Maximo Asset Management. Using WebSphere application knowledge to configure /tune WebSphere settings for Maximo applications. These include JVM/node / Cluster configurations along with Messaging optimizations and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) configurations. Develop Unix shell scripts based on the custom requirements and utilize in the Scheduler tool for automated execution of the job(s Work with Product management Group at IBM (Vendor for Maximo application) and WorkTech (Vendor for WorkTech Time application) for any Program bug identified in Maximo / WorkTech applications and install the latest bug fixes / patches in all environments. Develop, configure, and customize Maximo Integration components using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to publish / import data to / from interfacing applications.
