Overview
We are expanding our Business Intelligence team with a Lead IT BI Analyst, Sales & Marketing in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role will be responsible for analytics and integrtions supported by IT across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business stakeholders in GTM (Sales, Marketing and Customer success) to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions
- Support defining and developing KPI's with business partners critical to measuring health of GTM Business processes and business outcomes
- Lead key phases of the BI development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment; take ownership of escalated or complex issues and follow through to resolution
Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience as business analyst on data analytics projects; at least 5 years of experience with Tableau, development, configuration and system administration.
- Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis
- Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action
- Experience with CPQ, & quote to cash processes in a SaaS / recurring revenue company
- Knowledge of Enterprise Business Applications Marketo, Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ), Gainsight, Zuora.
