Senior Placement Officer

1.Determine placement requirements and assist all interested learners to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.

2.Act as a liaison between the learners and potential recruiters to ensure the learners are successfully placed in the job market.

3.Maintain a database of the potential learners and update it regularly to track the progress of their application.

4.To proactively contact and collaborate with various recruiters, companies & Design Studios.

5.Maintain a database of potential recruiters and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.

6.Conduct training programs for learners to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.

7.Give feedback to learners on their resume & assignment.

8.Constantly give feedback to learners on their application progress

9.Set up interviews for the interested learners and coordinate the schedules accordingly.

10.Answering and tending to learner queries on various platforms on a timely basis.
