Sushi rolling experience is a requirement. Early morning starts, 6am required, afternoon finishes. Four days, 30 hours per week guaranteed but flexibility to work extra shifts to cover holidays/absences is preferred. Weekend work will be required.
Hand making Sushi Rolls and other products on a daily basis whilst following necessary hygiene processes. Working in a small team that together ensure Due Diligence is adhered to, stock is managed, open/closing procedures followed to a high standard.
Based in Sushi Daily Kiosk within Waitrose Jesmond.
