RESPONSIBILITY:
Follow up with potential clients and secure event bookings
Cold Call on Corporates in order to secure event bookings
Liaise with clients about events and offer suggestions to make sure their request can be met
Organize the venue and make sure that it is appropriately set up, with regards to seating and decor
Work closely with catering staff to plan the menu
Consult and work closely with service providers
Coordinate staff to make sure that the program of events occurs on time
Follow up with clients to arrange payments before the event and after
Review and administrative systems and procedures
Oversee work done by contractors
