Job Description
For our Pune office, we are looking for a DevOps & IT Engineer to join our growing India team and support our Company by maintaining, monitoring and improving our IT services and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware (Linux and Windows).
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- Configure and Maintain and cloud services.
- Monitoring IT Infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (dhcp, dns, tcpip).
- At least 1 year experience working with a cloud provider service. (preferable Azure)
- Hands on experience with Microsoft flows and power automate
- At least 1 year of experience working in a IT Support Team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Independent, critical thinking.
Nice to have:
- Scripting skills (BASH, Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tool.
- Experience with virtualization solutions.
- Experience using open source technologies (Linux open source projects).
- Experience working with networking and server hardware.
