Job Description

Are you good with details and love leading a team?

A perfect candidate for our Division President position is someone works well under pressure, can handle many moving parts, and is passionate about leading a group of talented individuals for a tangible outcome.

We are looking for someone to head up our Denver Office as we create fresh spaces across the metro. The Division President will oversee the logistics and financials of our renovation projects in Denver. They will directly supervise our Lead Project Manager, Lead Designer and Estimator.


Job Details

  • Oversee and chair Denver office meetings.
  • Manage the logistics and financials of renovation projects
  • Manage local administration requirements for office
  • Lead and manage the FBC Design and Production Process in local market
  • Supervise, support, and conduct one on ones with local Estimator
  • Coordinate company budget along with profit and loss management and review
  • Oversee the relationships, pricing, and process of ourtrade partners and vendors
  • Schedule and lead team-building initiatives and events
  • Serve as backup to our estimators in running project estimates and change orders
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and cleaning
  • The Division President will also supervise the Lead Project Manager and Lead Designer of the Denver Office


Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three years of successful management or operations experience
  • Proven leadership aptitude and coaching ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with overseeing estimations, finances, profit and loss, and collections
  • Familiar and comfortable with new technologies
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

Benefits

Salary Range
90k to 110k
