Growth Strategy Intern

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Growth Strategy is a broad term, and so is the context behind this role. You will join Friday Finance as a generalist asked to cover skills ranging from business development to marketing, customer experience strategies, project management, and many more.

At Friday Finance, we have built a modern finance management platform that gives CEOs and CFOs the power of full finance teams. As a Growth Strategy Intern, you will work closely with growth team leaders and support them in their daily tasks.

You are an ideal candidate if you are passionate about B2B Fintech, tech-savvy, proactive, highly organized, and outgoing. Participating in many different projects is your passion. You are interested in supporting our sales team, our marketers in building performance marketing campaigns and working on standalone growth projects.

Most important is, that you are quick on your feet and bring a can-do attitude. Ready to tinker on and shape the Friday Finance story in a central position to the company's leadership?

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support our Growth team operations. We continuously run a number of projects focused on improving our own operations, or improving our outcomes. You will work closely with Growth leads and project leads to make sure that we always stay on track and deliver on time.
• Craft copy that compels. You will support our marketers in creating content resources that cement our category leadership and blow us away. With short. punchy. meaningful. content for our public messaging.
• Develop our business. You will support our Business Development teams by analyzing, strategizing and informing us proactively about gaps in our go-to-market. You will reach out to external stakeholders such as prospects and strategic partners to improve our new business.

YOUR PROFILE

• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Particular skills in analytical and structured working. A good understanding of the whole B2B Fintech market in Europe. You are comfortable with operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience: You worked in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, PE, VC, or a venture-funded startup before. You understand B2B funnels and understand product-led growth theories.
• Ambition: You are highly committed, responsive, and target driven. We re a fast-growing company with a 10x mentality, and we want you to grow with us.
• Personality: You are outcome-focused, have a cheerful attitude, and a high level of energy. You strive to approach things in a positive and optimistic way.

• Languages: Fluency in German and English.
