Job Description
Role: Project Manager - Banking

JOB DESCRIPTION
- 14+ years of IT experience and have worked as a Sr. Project Manager in past.
- Good relevant experience in IT transformation
- Experience in Cloud based, product and service orientated, API driven architecture
- Experience in Legacy system modernization
- Bring value to Enterprise data via data transformation
- Fulfil digital ambitions for enterprise by bringing change in the ways of working and deploying modern architecture
- Technically sound in Java/.Net technologies. Ability to oversee sprint grooming/planning, validate estimates and screen technical candidates for the program
- Agile Program Management experience
- Attend daily scrum calls to understand any impediments and help team/s to resolve those in terms of requirements and design.
- Manage the CXO stakeholders, Vendors relationship and Program managers .
- Drive transformation programs to success, bring in the relevant risks on the table, guide the teams by effective decision making.
- Knowledge of Mainframe Technologies is added plus.
