DevOps Cloud Engineer / CICD Release Manager - Internship (m/f/d) at IT Startup

We are looking for an intern with DevOps, cloud and CI/CD experience. To support the tech team in the agile development of our web, mobile, and cloud applications and IoT products, building efficient, reliable and scalable solutions.

Start: by arrangement / immediately

Location: D sseldorf-Bilk / remote (hybrid model)

Tasks

• Maintaining and implementing solutions and hosting high-quality software-based Kubernetes, Docker and GCP
• Reviewing and improving our continuous integration and deployment as well as defining and creating CI/CD pipelines for automating tasks
• Building high available clusters
• Responsible for deployment orchestration and services/application monitoring
• Maintaining infrastructure tools (Github, Jammer, Docker registry, Jenkins)
• Researching and introducing new tools for improving the applications' and deployments' performance and security of the deployed stack

Requirements

• Professional experience in DevOps and modern CI/CD
• Experience with test and deployment automations with Gitlab, Fastlane, Jest
• Knowledge in cloud-managed services, Microservices, Kubernetes orchestration and Docker on GCP as well as state management solutions (Redux, Saga)
• High motivation and willingness to maintain and enhance our solution, learn and apply new technologies and tools
• Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations
