Brand Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for

A talented designer skilled in digital and print to visually convey our company's message through attractive and effective communication. Your mission

• Developing and delivering a range of assets for different channels including social media, website and events
• Assisting in the art direction, concept development and asset creation
• Becoming a brand ambassador by owning and supporting our brand guidelines, making sure our brand is consistently used and supporting others in understanding and implementing them
• Translating project requirements from different internal teams, including marketing, human resources and talent acquisition, into assets that meet their briefs
• Managing workload and ensuring timely delivery of all projects, meeting all sign-off points and flagging up any potential risks or delays
• Aligning with the design team to ensure consistency and maintain and advance the quality of ( creative) work

Your profile

• An excellent aptitude and eye for design, flawless attention to detail and good creative and cultural awareness
• 1+ year(s) of experience working in a similar role
• A strong portfolio of well-crafted work that reflects agency/studio experience and demonstrates the best design process & thinking
• Able to balance multiple projects at once and work on a variety of tasks
• Strong understanding of how research and data impact design strategies
• Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
• Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly collaborative team player with a positive can-do attitude
