Roles:
Task CICS Installation and Administration Upgrade of CICS and related software
Good SMPE skills and apply scheduled RSU Exposure on CICS MRO/EXCI/ISC support CICS SIT parms tuning CICS Memory management CICS TMON administration and reporting CICS CSD management and upgrade
Exposure on setup Failover CICS regions Assist application support on CICS abends CICS troubleshooting skills CICS SOAP, Java, HTTP support and administration CICS - DB2 - MQ support exposure
Knowledge on CICS RACF classes Disaster Recovery Support CICS SMF reporting Administrate CICS managed printers Resolve CICS incidents USERMOD management for CICS and ISV's
