Skillset / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field,
• Expert level knowledge of the following languages and applications: VB.Net or C# , .Net 6 (and earlier), .Net Core, ASP.Net, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, Liquid, JSON, SSRS, SSIS, DAX (Power BI), API (REST, SOAP), WC, OpenAPI, Swagger, Power Apps, Low code / No code
• Development and implementation of application program interfaces (API), and produce quality development requirements, documentation, and strategies.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
• Understand dependencies across multiple applications when developing, maintaining, and making enhancements to applications.
• Resolves technology issues related to server environment, platform, software, and hardware requirements. Troubleshoots and debugs applications, interfaces, and web services.
• Use data access security requirements working in collaboration with the Information Technology Security Office for Policy and Standards.
• Ensure official agency records requirements are being met.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new features and functions to improve existing applications already in production, using industry best practice where applicable, and finding alternative solutions to solve problems when necessary to do so.
• Implement test plans to verify user acceptance criteria so that PBI (Product Backlog Items) verification is completed per development tasks to stay on time and within sprint schedules.
• Communicate roadblocks quick and effectively, outlining alternative solutions to remove barriers to reduce delays in development, test, and implementation stages within a sprint.
• Document within the code to ensure greater ability of code reuse, source understanding and overall knowledge of code repositories.
• Design, Develop and implement code for CRUD queries following formal code review of changes related to system development.
