Job Description

Your role

For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Contact Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.

Tasks

The contact center agent helps the customer in a friendly and involved manner. Through the application of situation-adapted interview techniques and using the dialogue supporting tools, you will be able to clarify questions and find a suitable solutions for the customer. For this, you must be able to empathize with the customer's situation with a maximum customer satisfaction as a result. The solution found is recorded in the appropriate systems.

Requirements

  • You are service and result oriented;
  • You have technical insight;
  • You have numerical insight to be able to read and explain invoices;
  • You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking;
  • You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
  • You are a good listener and have good communication skills;
  • You have a good command of the and English language.
  • Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
  • Flexibility and empathy are very important.
  • You are looking for a challenging long term position.

Location: Valencia

Working hours: Monday - Friday between 08:00 and 21:00 hour (in shifts) + Saturdays 12:00 to 21:00. They need to be available 3 nights per week and 2 Saturdays per 4 weeks.

Part-time posibilities for 32 and 36 hours. For 32 hours or less this needs to be discussed with the customer. If the candidate has a good reason for example studies this can be discussed.
