Job Description

Lead Instore Fulfillment

Who you are

As Lead Instore Fulfillment you will be responsible for the processes ensuring and organizing the supply of seedlings, plants and materials from our IGC (Infarm Growing Centre) to our Field Operations network. You will autonomously lead your team of commissioning and packing, warehousing and material handling personnel and ensure that only the best quality plants will be shipped in time to the relevant locations all across the area.

As a Lead you will also serve as an interface to the in-store operations teams consisting of Customer Success Partners (CSPs), Field Operations Managers and Supply Chain and coordinate demand and production planning with your Hub Manager and the capacity planning team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Production Growers, warehousing and material handling
  • Oversee and ensure the quantity and quality of all produce that leaves the Hub based on the daily sales orders requests
  • Coordinate plant and seedling demand and production planning with hub manager, capacity planners as well as CSPs and Field Operations Managers - lead weekly SnOP-Meetings
  • Use historical data and tools at hand to provide a projected demand per location, to be shared with Capacity Planners
  • Monitor plant and seedling health, taking action as necessary
  • Monitor harvest records and take action if any of the Farms is underperforming.
  • Ensure Field Operations material requirements are available and shipped to the right locations
  • Ensure interface to supply chain for shipments to locations in your city and to your attached city clusters
  • Organize and manage Instore and Production seedlings preparation
  • Manage seedlings kit preparation
  • Lead by example, following Infarm policies and guidelines
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Track record of success and achievement
  • Fluent in English
  • A passion for plants, sustainability or nutrition
  • ERP experience (Looker, Zoho) and familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye and caring for cleanliness as well as work environment safety.
