Job Description

Your role

  • As a customer service employee you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.
  • With your voice and a nice offer you put a smile on the face of the customer.
  • Be commercial and like to sell

  • Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
  • You learn quickly, you are good at multitasking and you can react quickly and adequately.
  • Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
  • Service-oriented trait; kindness should be second nature to you.
  • Has a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Loves competition, and preferably likes to win.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The candidate must have at least one year of continuous experience in one of the TelCo projects (Orange/TelNet/Proximus ) in a customer service role.

  • Project time Line : 7:00 to 9:00 PM
  • Working days : 5/7 but the project is open 7/7 and days off are also on rotation
  • Planning mode : Shifts
  • Hours per week : 44hrs per week
