Customer Advisor NL/ENG or FR/ENG (work from home possible)

Drop everything and read this job posting if you are the communicative, motivated customer advisor we are looking for. You will be assigned to different projects of the company. This can be inbound or outbound, breakdown assistance over the phone, sales, etc. Something for everyone!

After a "training period" in Loncin (this usually lasts no longer than 4 weeks) you will have the opportunity to work from home. Ideally another 1-2 days per week to the office.

Stay in touch via chat, social media, email and phone with customers and in your role of expert help them answer their questions. You do this with your customer-focused attitude, empathy and quality awareness.

• You get tons of energy from customer contact over the phone, chat and email.
• You do this in a customer-focused and service-minded way.
• You go all the way for your customer.
• You are a perfect Dutch or French speaker with a good command of English.
• A dynamic IT environment does not scare you at all.
