Working Student UX Strategy and Digital Transformation

Tasks

As a Working Student UX Strategy and Digital Transformation, you will work as part of our core team to bring business, design, technology and people together. With us, you will deal with the challenge of uniting business strategy and product development with user experience design. In doing so, you will learn to apply various methods (including design thinking) in real customer projects. You can work from wherever you want. However, we look forward to seeing you in person at Rainhaus in Altona at least once a month.

Requirements

The following requirements are advantageous (but not mandatory):

1. You are a student for at least 1 year in the fields of human-computer interaction, economics, social sciences, psychology, computer science
2. You have the know-how of how the 4 core competencies business, design, technology and people interact to create successful digital products and business models. This is best achieved with existing practice in design thinking or initial experience of how companies can be changed to a user-centered approach. Keyword Change Management
3. You are familiar with evaluation models for digital products or are interested in acquiring this knowledge (e.g. OKR, Balance Scorecard, UX Benchmark, UX KPI for e-commerce)
4. You want to transfer your knowledge into product and service performances, which we will test, validate and offer
5. You are comfortable processing research results for our customers, with a clear focus on issues in the context of digital transformation and product development (as blog posts, webinars, workshops, whitepapers, surveys)
6. You have a high level of interest in dealing with technical as well as cross-disciplinary topics and approaches.
7. You are responsible and can contribute your ideas in a small, remote team, as well as decide in weekly Kanban planning which topics you would like to work on (alone or in a team)
8. Remote is not everything. That's why we like to meet for monthly planning and team exchange at our home base Rainhaus, directly in Hamburg Altona
9. You have a good expression to document and present your work in common tools like Miro, Mural, Figma
