The project goal is the successful market launch for client internal and external customers within 2022.

Tasks:

Analyzing the embedded environment linux ecosystem based on Yocto based on the specifications of client

Developing embedded software for connected embedded Linux devices based on the conducted analysis

Development of Yocto, which is based on an embedded Linux ecosystem, for IOT projects

Development of security features for the systems:

*Assessment of the security of the embedded system

*Developing a general but effective secure boot for all hardware platforms

*integrating TBM into our developed OS

*further development on access authentication processes (Yubi keys etc.)

Maintenance of embedded systems

*exploration and analysis of the actual systems runtime behavior

*developing hotfixes and deploy them to certain devices

*Preparing and running over the air updates

*Run a structured and lean debugging process

Debugging in the context of further development based on defined textcases

Creating monthly reports on releases and updates in order to align with other development teams
