Xelon focuses on PaaS and IaaS to help 400 customers from over 30 countries manage their cloud infrastructure. We have our headquarters in Zug (Switzerland) and a research and development office in Kyiv (Ukraine). Tasks

What we expect from you

• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that a product with a decent value proposition is being designed and delivered to the market
• Be responsible for feature ideation and prioritization. Ensure that the products being built meet the defined specifications.
• Overall project business and functional requirements management
• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized, and clear to all stakeholders
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
• Evaluation of existing service offerings or researching the market and analyzing new services to offer
• Assessment of new feature concepts, offering channels, and target audience.

Requirements

What qualifications we d love you to have

• Deep experience in DevOps / Cloud or related areas
• Experience identifying opportunities, driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps
• Experience integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• Understanding of successful launch/introduction to the market of new features is a plus
• Defining business and market requirements for new features and finding a product-/service market fit
• Understanding the business value of all features and prioritizing them using appropriate validation techniques.
• Ability to properly translate and motivate prioritization approach to the team
