Job Description

Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:

Banking | Legal Counsel OTC | Zurich & Remote | Temp. 3 months | 80-100% | Dec.
2022 | CHF 160 000+

Tasks

  • Processing of ISDA master agreements and related legal opinions on OTC
    products
  • Advise on legal and regulatory requirements regarding structured
    products
  • Draft and negotiate OTC agreements with external parties and investors
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures
  • Build the interface between internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Proven expertise with ISDA master agreements

  • Bar admission; additional qualifications are an asset

  • Min. 5 years of PQE as legal counsel in the banking sector

  • Knowledge regarding emission and distribution rules in Switzerland
