Job Description
- Manage all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives in the Middle East, including our global website, social channels, marketing database, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage localization initiatives and implementation in priority markets (GCC & Non-Arabic speaking countries in the Middle East).
- Develop and implement tools and activities to capture new leads (e.g. online and at events) and qualify and nurture these leads over time. This includes managing data integration in Lucid CRM systems, reporting and metrics.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud in the Middle East.
- Develop segmentation strategies that enable precision in content delivery.
- Create omnichannel journeys that cater to the needs of the audience throughout the customer lifecycle.
