TQG operates a unique digital direct-to-consumer & social commerce business model including its own production, logistics and technology. TQG operates two main brands: ESN , the German market leader for sports nutrition and More Nutrition , the German market leader for healthy nutrition and weight loss products.

ESN has been researching, developing and manufacturing its own products since 2005 and stands for the daily controlled quality, purity and safety of its scientifically proven dietary supplements and functional foods.

To keep growing our amazing team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to start as soon as possible. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of Talent Acquisition. You will overlook all vacant positions and candidates that apply for them. You will own the full recruitment life-cycle, employer branding topics, and strategic talent mapping.

Tasks

  • Full ownership of the candidate's life cycle for Operations roles, including Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
  • Close collaboration with the TA team and your stakeholders, e.g. Hiring Managers, to determine their hiring needs and execute them to fill the vacancies
  • Structuring, implementing, and constantly improving the overall recruiting process and channels with the main focus on improving the overall candidate experience
  • Besides this, initiating side projects such as employer branding strategies, referral program, or assessment processes
  • Creative headhunting of candidates on various social media channels and recruiting platforms
  • Handling large volumes of recruitment
  • Being involved in some HR aspects within Operations and initiating the pre-boarding
  • Being on the ground in our different locations (Hamburg, Elmshorn, Kaltenkirchen) to talk to relevant stakeholders within Operations and be their first point of contact

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced and digital work environment
  • You enjoy the challenge to find and convince the ideal candidate
  • You are a hands-on person with a can-do attitude who is able to find creative ways to get the job done
  • Experience in defining recruiting strategies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment (You work based on KPIs)
  • Excellent communication skills and solid stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to advise and influence hiring strategies to improve pipeline speed, conversion, and overall success
  • Experience from placing Operations roles before and an in-depth understanding of this business areaYou speak German and English on a business fluent level
