Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading visual media platform with 200 million images & videos based in Berlin. Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from news videos to stock photos. Spanning two close-by offices and 70 employees, IMAGO operates with flat hierarchies.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager who is eager to support us in our daily Customer Service Tasks and overall Customer Management.

The position is available immediately for our team based in Berlin.

Tasks

• Become our face to the customer and provide excellent and friendly client service
• Support our customers throughout the whole customer journey via phone, email, social media and chat
• Work closely with the sales department to take over smaller business accounts and also to handover valuable leads you identified
• Track our contact funnel and ensure that all our engagement touchpoints have a professional voice and service level behind them
• Be the first contact point for inquiries for our rapidly growing International customer base
• Ensure follow-ups and long-term customer orientation by making use of our CRM system to build great relationships

Requirements

• You are fluent in German and English (writing and speaking)
• You have experience in a customer or client service environment
• You enjoy talking to people and engaging with them
• You take service standards personally and are looking to leave a mark
