Software engineer (strong frontend skills & DRF) [full-time, remote]

Tasks

We are looking for a Django developer with very strong frontend skills to join our small, international team of highly-motivated individuals. In this role, you will help us extend both the front-end and the back-end of our different web interfaces. You will develop new features and integrate them into an existing, ever-expanding platform. And the most fun part: you ll get to see your work driving impact immediately, as we ship new features quickly and constantly.

Requirements

Our entire work is carried out remotely, and the role is open to candidates located anywhere in the world; however, we do prefer candidates within 0-2 hours difference to CET. Our people-centered culture is based on constant communication, and we get together numerous times each day.

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of professional experience with modern JavaScript Frameworks (ideally React)
• 3+ years of professional experience with Django Rest Frameworks, Python, PostgreSQL, docker, AWS, git
• Ability to write and maintain clean, readable code and experience with peer code reviews
• Very good communication skills in English
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative, people-centered environment

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, FastAPI
• Experience working in a small, agile team
• Experience working remotely
• Passion for test-driven development
