HR Business Partner (f/m/x)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Educate, coach and partner with employees and senior leadership to develop and implement effective practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
• Collaborate with the HR and Center of Excellence team to implement HR strategy and processes related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
• Provide HR expertise and timely information for all levels of a company in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching and organizational development.
• Provide key support in complex projects and programs (eg. employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition etc.)
• Assist with employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolutions
• Ensuring that managers and employees act in compliance with labour and social law.
• Support employees and leaders in change management process.

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• Several years of experience at the similar position with the strong focus on the cooperation between HR and business in an international and multicultural environment.
• Relevant educational background. Legal or Law studies would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge about local compliance and labour law.
• Ability to ensure collaboration and manage employee relations in remote working environment.
• Senior stakeholder management skills and ability to exercise influence.
• Conflict Management, Change Management and coaching skills.
• Strong ability to set focus and to drive significant & sustainable progress.
• Fluent English & German skills.
• Strong communication skills with high level of assertiveness.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Proactive attitude and undertaking initiative.
