As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work with our Founding team and Developers on our web application. You are in charge of the entire product creation process, including but not limited to discovering and defining a problem and empathically designing a solution, taking part in user research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating. You lead the user experience from concept launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Consumer Research: Host user interviews, conduct user tests and facilitate workshops to create and validate features.

• Product Discovery: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the founders, customer success, marketing, and engineering.
• Rapid Prototyping: Validate your designs through prototyping and learning from our users through continuous iteration
• Product Design: Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups that create intuitive, elegant, and shippable product experiences
• UX Research: Research and build a user experience that adheres to the needs of both our consumers and ECom merchants
• Co-creation: Support co-marketing campaigns with assets (landing pages, user flows

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product discovery and design with B2C digital platforms
• Strong knowledge and experience in UI/UX and passionate about creating excellent user experiences and user flows
• Consistently consider the holistic user experience and potential states (errors, successes, dead-ends) in your work
• Have a good understanding of usability and accessibility
• Challenge decisions and constantly seek out data to inform your design decisions
• An open communicator who appreciates the importance of giving and receiving feedback on your work
• Positive mindset and can meet challenges with a smile
• The structured and robust communicator in English
• Have the desire to be a part of a growing team and contribute to building a great software product and company
