We are looking for a sales manager who actively seeks partner opportunities and new business in the Singapore market.
Tasks
- Joining and deploying with the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly business plan; ensure to complete KPI;
- Actively searching for Partner and new business opportunities in the market in Singapore (internationally real estate project investors, developers, renowned architects,...);
- Cooperating with the Marketing department to boost and develop the documents relating to sales and marketing and related documents to improve Companys marketing and service activities;
- Researching customers and competitors;
- Support to do research as well as evaluate and analyze industry trends based on Managers orientation.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field;
- Good ability to communicate and present to partners or customers;
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork;
- Ability to build relationships;
- Can go on a business trip when required;
- Open only to Singaporeans or candidates who have employment pass in Singapore;
- From 2-3 years of experience and network development in real estate and related industries.
