Head of Expansion (m/f/x)

As a Head of Expansion, you will work closely with the management team to define strategy and processes around expansion into new markets in Europe & beyond.

Tasks

You will have an impact on:

• Come up with a process to analyze & deeply understand the attractiveness of new core markets
• You coordinate the scouting and opening of new locations across Europe end-to-end
• You own go-live timelines and coordinate efforts across teams to ensure flawless market entries
• You build a scalable process & organization to ensure that we can expand into multiple markets at the same time

Requirements

What you will add to our Crew:

• Bachelor degree; masters degree in business or related field is a pre
• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or other fast-paced environment
• You think and execute in a very structured manner
• You are a pragmatic problem solver and don t mind rolling up the sleeves when needed
• You are fluent in English & at preferably one other European language that is not English
• You are a team player at heart
