Job Description

Our partner has developed an innovative SaaS solution for Customer Interaction / Customer Service. This platform enables users to better map and automate their interactions (whether phone, chat or email) with customers. The no-code automation concept creates the opportunity for non-technical staff to create and automate complex, integrated processes.

Typically, customer service organizations today struggle with legacy / poorly networked systems, making it difficult, for example, to offer email, chat and phone simultaneously. Customer satisfaction and cost per ticket still hold significant potential for improvement in these organizations.

The company is already successfully selling its solution globally and has a strong investor at its side in EnBW New Ventures.

An Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) is searched now to expand the BeNeLux and Nordics.

Tasks

  • Responsible for the expansion of customers in Benelux, UK & Nordics
  • Central point of contact for new customers and responsible for customer relationship management
  • Implementation of new initiatives, such as go-to-market strategies
  • Management of own pipeline and continuous improvement
  • Working closely especially with Customer Success team to ensure maximum customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in sales of complex IT products / services (SaaS, software, hardware, IT services)
  • Experience in working and communicating with department heads / general managers / board members in large companies
  • High energy and enjoy contact with decision makers
  • You are more of a hunter than a farmer, as your territory is a greenfield
  • Pragmatic and proactive way of working
  • BeNeLux and Nordics as target areas = business fluent english
  • Experience in Remote-Sales
