As Demand Generation Manager (f/m/x) you profoundly understand our existing and future customers and know how to wow them. In this role, you orchestrate all the marketing channels together into a comprehensive go to market plan that delivers demand for Temedica at scale. In practice this means: Every single day you check in on your metrics, ensuring that we focus on outcome and not output besides that, every day may very well be different. Some days you will travel, other days will be filled with sales collaboration sessions, others may be focus days to power through content creation support. Are you up for this amazing journey?

Your Role with us

  • You orchestrate full funnel marketing campaigns, incl. webinars, events, content, BDR outreach etc. - placing everything on a programmatic timeline.
  • You support our sales team with ABM activities and act as the liaison between sales & marketing.
  • You closely monitor and plan activities around our pipeline target.
  • You coordinate customer engagements and work closely with the product department to ensure our messaging is on point.
  • You effectively spend marketing budget to drive new pipeline creation and accelerate pipeline, as well as assess on an ongoing basis campaign effectiveness and ROI.

What you bring to the table

  • You have a proven track record of working with sales and customer success teams to create and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and keep up with the best practices in modern marketing: persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, demand generation funnel, etc.
  • You have an ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail and consistently meet deadlines.
  • You know your ways around a variety of tactics, such as: influencer networks, industry association partnerships, ABM, event-, digital-, and email marketing to drive demand.
  • you consider yourself a swiss army knife and know your way around the basics of writing attention-grabbing copy and paid social (don t worry - you have support here, but you can t review what you don t know).
  • Last but not least you speak German and English on C1 level.
