Job Description

Initially reporting to the Global Head of B2C Sales, the Career Advisor (CA) will pursue sales to potential students in the assigned territory and manage a portfolio of leads provided by ThePower Business School. The CA oversees prospecting and working his/her portfolio to reach conversion rates objectives, working closely and with the help of the Team Leader that oversees all communications. He/She should be knowledgeable about the company s products and services. The CA will also manage every situation before or during the sale.

A Career Advisor (CA) provides a personalized experience to every customer and develops the expertise of advising clients on their specific needs. Their tone is friendly, warm, and transparent but very professional at the same time. The objective of a CA is to assist customers in the decision process and provide assistance on the different options our brand provides, trying always to exceed our customer's and students expectations, adding the WOW experience whenever possible.

Tasks

  • Prospect sales opportunities in a portfolio (Provided by the company).
  • Closing Sales opportunities reaching a conversion rate target.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient assistance to potential students upon enrollment
  • Constant communication with customers via telephone (Main channel), email, Whatsapp, etc.
  • Some back-office tasks, such as sales forecasting, log activities on CRM.
  • Monitor and control inbound communications through our platforms.
  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development.
  • Host and or attend events in Spain when needed.
  • Proactively and independently, work to meet targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Native English or German language, preferable with fluent Spanish, other languages are a plus.
  • Passion for speaking directly with potential clients. You ll talk with different people on the phone every day.
  • Outstanding written communication skills

  • Ability to work with objectives and under pressure

  • Hours: 40 hours per week - schedule 10 am to 7 pm CEST Mon-Fri
