Tasks
- Coordination of the department's work on current tasks and projects.
- Solving and analysis of complex cases, working with claims.
- Training of new employees.
- Increase the number of returning repeat customers.
- Increase the number of positive customer feedback.
- Building and maintaining customer service processes.
- Initiating requests to other departments and solutions to optimize the work of the department.
- Analyzing the work of the department, performance evaluation, hiring and firing employees.
Requirements
- Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate this is a minimum required level) and knowledge of Eastern European languages will be an advantage: Belarusian, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, etc..
- Higher education in marketing will be your advantage.
- Literate speech (speaking, written).
- Ability to work efficiently in multitasking and high-speed mode.
- Diligence in your work.
- Do not be afraid of the processing for which you receive a bonus.
