Content & Community Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated Content & Community Manager who is passionate about helping to build our app through partnering with the world s best travel content creators and travel brands.

This role is equal parts content sourcing, talent scouting and relationship building with creators and travel brands. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organisational, and collaborative skills, will have deep experience in social media with a proven ability to identify top-performing travel content.

Tasks

• Work with hotel, activity, and destination partners to secure high-performing content for our app and social channels.
• Create a scalable & repeatable content creator-driven model for app content creation & curation.
• Remotely coordinate access to hotel, activity and destination partners' assets for creators to shoot.
• Coordinate all on-ground logistics for creator shoots (flights, accommodation, itinerary planning).
• Identify, Recruit and onboard content creators across the world, securing permission to use their content and create content with them.
• Cultivate strong personal relationships with creators to make them feel intimately tied to Beautiful Destinations.

Requirements

• 5 years of Content and Community experience with a proven track record of managing programs and people in support of larger brand initiatives and goals.
• Ability to manage creators across diverse timezones.
• Ability to identify and commission high-performing travel vertical video.
• A keen interest and passion in travel, social media and content.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, shoot production, and organizational skills.
• A never met a stranger attitude and genuine curiosity around other people's stories and life goals.
