Your mission

Our hierarchy is flat with direct communication, which means that we operate fast and lean, as a team:

• You take over the end-to-end responsibility for operation projects and maintenance of master data of physicians to grow and optimize our services.
• You support the smooth day-to-day data operation of our B2B businesses and gain insight into a broad array of interesting tools and services.
• You become an expert in process improvement and automation to increase efficiency as well as customer satisfaction.
• You build functional expertise, learn day-to-day management in a highly dynamic start-up, and work closely with product teams.

Your profile

• You are matriculated in a (technical) university course of study, e.g., business, computer science, media informatics, communication sciences or a similar subject.
• You have first professional experience at a leading technology company, management consultancy, investment bank or in a similar environment is a big plus.
• You are very structured, detail-oriented, and push for high-quality work results.
• You have a positive can-do attitude, love what you do and own it.
• You can easily acquaint yourself with new topics and enjoy new challenges every day.
• You are a strong team player with a kind personality and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
• Spoken and written English and German at C1 level are a must.
