About this role:

In the role of Growth Intern, you will have the unique chance to experience various Growths fields first-hand and become an essential part of heyData s Growth / Marketing and Product team. Your scope of activities will cover especially email and content marketing, also depending on where your abilities are needed the most and where you can personally grow. In this Growth internship at heyData you ll support and even lead various projects yourself and have the chance to work closely with our Sales and Product team.

Tasks

• Supporting the Growth and Marketing team on various projects and day-to-day activities
• Planning, coordination and implementation of own projects
• Monitoring and analyzing active campaigns
• Independent execution of various operational ad-hoc tasks
• Discover opportunities in the Marketing and Growth department and add tasks to this job description by being curious and driven
• Research competitors and create eyecatching content

Requirements

• The will to build heyData into the leading Compliance SaaS startup
• A high degree of individual initiative and willingness to learn
• You are still enrolled (preferably in your last year) or just graduated from university - in both cases with an excellent track record
• Already gained first experience in dynamic and fast-paced work environments (startup, VC, consultancy)
• You have previous experience in A/B testing and Ads.
• A quick grasp combined with a strong analytical mindset
• First experience in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio or Google Ads are a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills verbal in written in German and English
