Tasks
- Demonstrating products and features on a video call.
- Increasing sales and market share through your interactions.
- You will work within the Belgium market.
- Increasing conversion rate from query to purchase
- Delivering excellent customer service on each call
- Answering queries efficiently and confidently
- Maintaining an expert understanding of products
- Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory
- Providing market-related insights and feedback
- Presenting public, and internal facing video content
- Scriptwriting and translations
- Creating and presenting training content
- Supporting the call centre where necessary
Requirements
- You are a native speaker in Dutch/Flemish and have professional proficiency in English.
- You work collaboratively within your team to drive your given project forward
- You always consider the customer to deliver excellent service
- You are goal oriented to achieve targets
