Working Student / Internship (f/m/x) in ClimateTech Marketing & Business Development – German speaking

Cozero is a Berlin-based ClimateTech startup of around 30 Climate Experts so far, that transforms every company into a low-emission business. Our core goal is to reduce complexity for companies managing their carbon footprint, so they can become climate experts themselves. Therefore we developed our Climate Action Platform, a SaaS solution, widely used by multinational companies in more than 50 countries, which helps companies to find the most economical way to minimize their environmental impact and enable them to effectively decarbonize. It s a fully digital end-to-end Carbon Action Platform (CAP) to track, forecast, and manage corporate emission data and match them to low-emission solutions to reduce the carbon footprint.

Tasks

• You support the Marketing, Sales & Business Development teams in the examination of relevant projects
• You support the conceptualization of website content and further improvements on the website
• You provide support in optimizing our social media presence
• You write content for external communication (e.g. LinkedIn posts, blogs posts)
• You take over ownership and project management of own projects, such as the coordination of our Cozero Success Stories
• You support the creation of our product marketing newsletter in close collaboration with our product & design team
• You keep track of our marketing analytics and derive learnings from it for improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in German & English and an excellent grasp of both languages
• Currently enrolled with a German university
• Permanent residence in Germany
• Strong interest in climate and CO2 management topics
• First experience with creating content for social media
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• A keen eye for details
• Ability to work 15-20 h per week

The process: getting to know team members through one to two conversations about Cozero, your experience, and your interests. As part of the process, we usually run through a skills screening (e.g. a case challenge). We emphasize transparency and the absence of surprise throughout the process.
