infacto is the overarching platform for efficient healthcare management for B2B and B2C customers. It enables smooth processes from booking a (COVID)-test to running criteria based access controls and, furthermore, allows for an encompassing documentation of test and health records, all in one app!

Tasks

• You report directly to the CTO and are at the core of the infacto organization
• You are an integral part of all developmental processes across both iOS and Android, acting as a link between frontend and backend and bridging the development teams in both disciplines leveraging agile and scrum methods
• You are adept at the intricacies of UX/UI design and consumer behavior in general, which allows you to drive forward the conceptual development of the infacto app and oversee the implementation of intuitive mobile features that inspire our customers, whether B2B or B2C
• As part of an agile team, you take responsibility for a timely, pragmatic, and error-free processing of work packages and drive the end-to-end implementation of complex user stories into performant applications
• You identify bugs and optimization opportunities and implement suitable solutions while you ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile
• You ensure a best-in-class customer experience by running comprehensive quality assurance checks (e.g. code reviews, pair programming and automated tests)
• An interdisciplinary collaboration with infacto's CTO, UI/UX designers and product management team ensures your exposure to new, inspiring facets of our industry and business, allowing you to impact the overarching corporate strategy

Requirements

• You studied computer science (or a comparable course of study) or completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and have at least 2 years of professional experience in front and backend development, ideally in a startup and/or health-tech environment
• You have experience in cross-platform development (React Native), but are also well-versed in Kotlin/Spring, Python, Javascript/VueJS/NodeJS and Typescript. You are knowledgeable about software architecture (e.g., MVVM) and are experienced in working with APIs (e.g., JSON, REST, OAuth, TLS)
• Scrum and agile working methods form parts of your work-related DNA
• You attribute great importance to a clean, traceable code (Clean Code)
• You manage to solve practical challenges through technical features and enjoy designing user-friendly state-of-the-art features
• You have interest in new technological developments and enjoy working in a dynamic
  environment with exciting colleagues

This position requires physical presence in Athens, Greece. Occasional remote work is possible.
