Nurture International School Whitefield (Bangalore) is looking for "Center Coordinator".

Tasks

* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school & daycare.

* Responsible for Center administration and should report to the Directors regularly.

* Should be a Team player. Must have Good Analytical, Problem Solving and Multi-tasking skills.

* Responsible for Monitoring and maintenance of entire premises including hygiene and safety.

* Have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Responsible for converting the walkins/ leads into admissions.

* Responsible for Pre-admissions and Post admissions process.

* Responsible for maintaining student documentation.

* Experience in maintaining day-to-day registers.

* Ensure timely collection of Fees and adherence to administrative processes.

* Must be Computer & Internet savvy and comfortable with teaching responsibilities.

* Representing the school to the parents visiting for admissions and responsible for building a healthy partnership with existing and new parents.

* Supervise and allocate the duties to the teachers, caregivers and other resources.

* Demonstrate strong initiative to ideate and execute plans.

* Comfortable in organizing in-house & promotional events for the school.

* Should be a Quick learner and Process oriented.

* Responsible for taking English classes.

* Candidates either from Whitefield (Bangalore) or from its nearby areas are preferred.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge and understanding of school teaching and management.
• A candidate with experience in teaching English is preferred. Must be smart, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching and have a dynamic personality.
• To facilitate the school in laying down and implementing processes & best practices for long-term development at a structured level.
• A candidate with experience in teaching English is preferred.
• Eligibility: Graduate or Master with a minimum of 2-5 years of
  experience in the relevant field. B.Ed/D.Ed/ M.Ed or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
