Tasks
In your day-to-day:
- You will perform general administration tasks within the HR Services
- You will be a POC regarding HR Services issues
- You will handle standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (if required)
- You will handle invoicing and financial processes if required
- You will collaborate with other departments (HR Services teams, HR Experts and Partners )
- You will provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics
- You will provide input for the creation of user manuals and process mappings
- You will frequently participate in workshops and meetings within HR Services
Requirements
You're the right person if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR
- You re fluent in English and German
- You re experienced working with SAP HR and MS Office
- You have a good understanding of legal and tariff regulations
- You have great analytical skills
- You re a team player and highly customer-oriented
- You re able to work under pressure as well as prioritize tasks
- You have a University degree or Commercial Education
- You re fully qualified/trained in HR Shared Service set-up
