Fullstack Software Engineer (m/f/d): Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS

We are looking for a Fullstack engineer to support the agile development of our web, mobile and cloud applications, build secure and reliable new features, as well as efficient and scalable solutions.

Start: by arrangement / immediately

Location: D sseldorf-Bilk (after onboarding, some remote work / hybrid model is possible)

Tasks

• Architecture and development of modern software-based applications in the back-end
• Technological conception, programming and implementation of new features
• Quality assurance of the software through planning, creation and execution of tests
• Manage IoT-to-Cloud services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in agile software development and DevOps
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Nest.js and Node.js
• Ability to holistically conceive applications in multiple technologies in the backend
• Experienced in IoT-to-Cloud managed services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP / AWS
• Ability to work cooperatively and independently, analytical thinking, willingness to lead and take on responsibility
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphQL and Docker
• Experience with test and deployment automation with Gitlab and jest
• Knowledge of IoT device management and message brokers like AMQP or MQTT
