Customer Success Specialist (French Speaker)

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as Customer Success Specialist will be:

• Being the voice of the client and actively contributing to the development of the company
• Communicating with customers and partners by telephone and e-mail
• Identifying, analyzing and solving customer problems
• Making proactive recommendations on product improvements
• Collecting information from the account management team when necessary
• Creating content for the car park and ensuring its rapid release
• Undertaking side projects according to your skills and interests

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are native in French and fluent in English and Spanish
• You have a first successful experience in a customer oriented position (customer success department, call center...), sales or account management
• You have a University degree
• You have good analytical skills
• You are a great communicator both in writing and orally
