Industry | Data Protection Officer | Bern & Remote | Temp. 4 months | 60-100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 120 000+

Tasks

• Ensure European data protection compliance regulations and practices are adhered to
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures (new DSG)
• Render cross-functional and cross-department data protection project support
• Performance of data privacy related risk assessments
• Revision and update of data processing agreements

Requirements

• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw)
• Fluent in German and English, French is an asset
• Min. 3 years of PQE as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm
• Demonstrated exposure to Swiss data protection regulations (DSG)
