We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Munich office (with a hybrid work option) who is passionate about building products that customers love. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow our market share, improve the customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-ins for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Translate our product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with experienced and innovative engineering teams with the best time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Work closely with our PR and product team as well as the co-founders in order to drive product launches.
• Act as our product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the company and help drive product led decision making based on data across our multi space platforms.

We are a match if you have...

• Relevant work experience in product management and a proven track record of leading impactful product initiatives for you previous organisations.
• Experience in B2C products primarily focused on UX, solid understanding of multi-channel strategy - mobile, desktop, bots, browser extensions, etc. preferably in an international start-up environment
• Experience in e-commerce and affiliate marketing industry a plus but not mandatory
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Solid understanding of data/web analytics and experience of taking data driven decisions in previous projects
• Experience in working on an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong problem solving skills, structured way of working, an entrepreneurial mindset and a get-things-done attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast growing matrix organisation
• Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages would be a plus)
