Tasks

  • Generating top of the funnel leads and setting up calls for Sales team
  • Build and maintain our map of the prospect and customer journey through our lifecycle communication
  • Optimize email for driving prospects through the social media and other traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for Churn360 on social media.
  • Be the voice of the customer, and understand them inside out so that these insights can help shape the product as it grows.y creating messaging, value propositions, user benefits, and other assets to support marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Generating top of the funnel leads and setting up calls for the Sales team insights can help shape the product as it grows.
  • Using your skills as a smart communicator, you ll work with our customers to solve problems and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our marketing organization to keep our email lifecycle channels aligned with strategy and goals.
  • Be our customers hero helping and educating them on the benefits of the product.
  • Nurture and grow relationships with our customers, to ensure they all have the optimal experience when choosing Churn360.
  • Help to grow the Marketing Analyst Team of Churn360.

Requirements

  • Great experience in writing emails and talking directly to customers (web and phone).
