Digital Product Manager for E-Commerce (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading visual media platform with 200 million images & videos based in Berlin. Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from news videos to stock photos. Spanning two close-by offices and 70 employees, IMAGO operates with flat hierarchies.

Next to our established key account sales teams, we intend to strengthen our online offering to address new customer segments and to expand internationally even stronger.

Therefore, we are searching for an experienced product manager to shape our digital vision and to expand this new business segment significantly.

To realize our vision we are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive the change.

Tasks

• Ownership for the expansion of the newly established online shop (B2B and B2C target customers), i.e. sharpening the strategic vision and translating the vision into an actionable product roadmap, driving the implementation process
• Expansion of the current user base with regard to new customer segments but also new global markets
• Development and establishment of KPIs and a valid business plan to ensure progress, direct reporting to and exchange with management on a frequent basis
• Lead and establishment of a cross-functional team in agile working mode mainly in collaboration with designers and developers

Requirements

• You enjoy working independently and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• You are highly solution-oriented and have shown a hands-on working mentality
• You have strong communication skills and have ideally already gained relevant leadership experience
• You understand business-related challenges but you are also aware of design and IT-related considerations
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams
• You have gained relevant working experience in e-commerce, e.g. product management - ideally with a B2B focus
• The preferred working language is German, but English is also possible
