Technical Solution Engineer

What we are looking for

We re looking for a Technical Solution Engineer who is passionate about what they do and are ready to take on responsibility. At Workist, Technical Solution Engineers work directly with our customers to configure and customize our product to onboard them as fast as possible. Our customers rely on the Workist AI platform to automate critical core document business processes that are directly linked to their revenue and payment streams. You ll have the unique opportunity to take responsibility from day one and help our customers to automate their business processes.

This is your mission

You're the owner of the customer journey touchpoints from a technical perspective, proactively identifying and driving process & product improvements to reduce friction & enable successful adoption both internally & externally.

Your daily work will include:

• Help our customers to connect their existing IT systems to the Workist AI platform (Import, Exports, API Documentation, Workshops with Customers)
• Provide dedicated engineering support to customers both pre-and post-sales
• Customize and extend our product to enable more Use Cases on the Workist AI platform
• Collaborate closely with the product & engineering teams to keep them aligned on common market & customer need

Your profile

We're looking for professional team players that like to work in an Agile team setting where we share knowledge and push each other to deliver the best result possible. We re looking for people with the following background:

• Strong Interest in working with clients and executing technical implementation projects
• Proficient Coding Experience, e.g. in Python, Java, SQL etc.
• Demonstrated ability to directly interact with customers and drive projects forward
• Experience or interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and German (at least B2)
• Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
